1. Processing of personal data and purpose

MIGHTY MONDAY processes personal data about you when you contact us by email, letter, website, social media and in connection with the fulfillment of contracts and agreements.

The personal data you submit to us digitally or in paper form is processed by our staff according to purpose and relevance.

Your personal data is thus processed and stored confidentially and securely, and only relevant employees have access to your personal data and any files.

As a starting point, we only process ordinary personal data.

2. Customers, suppliers and other business partners

We use your personal data to fulfill the obligations of our contractual relationship with you/your company and to improve our services.

We process contact information, name, company, email, phone.

We store your personal data as long as we have an active contractual relationship with you/your company.

When the contractual relationship has ended, we store your personal data for as long as we are required to do so by law, including accounting legislation.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6.1 (b) and Article 6.1 (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

5. Disclosure of personal data

In connection with the fulfillment of customer agreements/contracts, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties. This is in order to provide the services you have ordered.

In addition, we only disclose personal data to third parties, including public authorities, if you have expressly consented to it or we have a statutory obligation to do so.

Use of data processors:
Personal data is also processed by our data processors in connection with the operation of IT systems, backup and related services.

6. Consent

In most cases, our processing of your personal data is based on a legal basis other than consent.

To the extent that we may have obtained consent from you for a given processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the contact information stated above in section 1.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from that point in time.

Naturally, we ensure a legal basis for transfer.

8. Storage and deletion of personal data

We delete your personal data in accordance with the general statute of limitations applicable in Denmark. We continuously delete personal data that is no longer necessary once we have fulfilled our obligations in relation to one or more of the purposes for which it was collected.
