Terms of trade

1.1. These terms and conditions are binding for any agreement entered into with MIGHTY MONDAY ApS.
1.2. The terms supplement the individually agreed terms between MIGHTY MONDAY ApS and the customer.
1.3. Third party deliveries are not covered by these terms.
1.4. "Customer" refers to the company or person who enters into an agreement with MIGHTY MONDAY ApS.
1.5 These terms apply to all projects regardless of the form of communication at the time of the agreement.
1.6. MIGHTY MONDAY ApS provides services both on a fixed price basis and on an hourly basis. Unless otherwise specified, services will be invoiced per time spent.

2.1 Unless otherwise agreed, invoicing is based on standard hourly rate and actual consumption.
2.2 The standard hourly rate for MIGHTY MONDAY ApS is DKK 1000. / per hour for all service types.
2.3. invoicing is monthly in advance.
2.4 Payment deadline is 14 days after invoice issuance.
2.5 Costs related to transportation, meetings, etc. shall be invoiced separately unless otherwise agreed.
2.6 Late payment is subject to a fee of DKK 100 per reminder.
2.7 Default interest will be added in accordance with the applicable Interest Act from the due date of the invoice.
2.8 All amounts stated are in Danish kroner and excl.

We use your personal data to offer you/your company our services and to improve our services.

We process contact information, name, company, email, phone.

We store your personal data until we have had contact with you.
The legal basis for the processing is article 6.1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

3.1 The rights to the work delivered shall pass to the customer upon full payment.

4.1. MIGHTY MONDAY ApS guarantees confidentiality of the customer's information and will not disclose such information without the customer's consent.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, MIGHTY MONDAY ApS has the right to use the customer as a reference and show the work performed for marketing purposes.

5.1 MIGHTY MONDAY ApS disclaims liability for defects or delays caused by force majeure or similar unforeseen events.

6.1 Any disagreements or disputes shall be settled by the City Court of Copenhagen, unless otherwise agreed.

7.1 MIGHTY MONDAY ApS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes will be notified to customers with a duration of 30 days prior to entry into force.
